Through my qualifications and experience, I have gained expertise in the design of organisational structures and internal policies that place an emphasis on transparency and accountability. This is useful for businesses and organisations that are struggling to meet current public expectations, and need assistance in transforming their internal cultures.

Many organisations are used to operating opaquely. While this has been acceptable practice in the past, it has not helped maintain public confidence in recent years. The public wants to know about the organisations they are dealing with, and how those organisations operate.

With my qualifications in law and experience in public policy and organisational administration, I can show businesses and organisations how they can structure or restructure to foster a culture of transparency and accountability that maintains public trust and confidence.

The achievement of which I am most proud in this area has been RZZT CIC, a community interest company registered in the United Kingdom that specialises in funding free and open software.
